腾讯COS文件上传不可用，一直403，阿里云正常 #152

使用文件上传，不管是代码里面的accessKeyId，accessKeySecret等，配置确认没有问题，还是跨域配置都没有问题

阿里云的OSS可以正常使用，腾讯云COS无论如何上传文件都是403

下面为实测的代码，用的时候只保留了一个
