The problem is Azure DevOps seems to have an issue with line endings. It does not show Linux (LF) line endings in git commit messages and bumps everything one one line. (We include the Changelog there.)

As such, it would be great if the line ending is adjustable, too.

Current workaround is to just convert the line endings file after it has been generated. (Using .Replace("`n","`r`n") in PowerShell e.g.)
