Exit code 0 after failure with --await-processing

Expected Behavior

When processing fails in environment creation, process should exit with code 1.

Actual Behavior

It seems to exit with code 0

Steps to Reproduce

➜  contentful space environment create --environment-id juhatest --name juhatest --source master --await-processing --processing-timeout 50

Successfully created environment juhatest (juhatest) with source master
Waiting for processing...
Environment creation failed
➜  echo $?
0

Context

Happened both on my own machine (OSX, contentful-cli 2.2.20) and a CI server (not sure of contentful-cli version there).
