Correct species names in zone names

Several species in various zone files are not represented in a fashion that is botanically correct.

Species names should not be capitalized unless first of sentence or proper noun.

Some species need hyphens to be correct, e.g., "Douglas-fir".

This could be accomplished by either correcting individual zone files during a preprocessing step, or specifically checking for and correcting known invalid names (from the existing set of zones).
