Add social media feed widget to the community page

Add social media feed widget for Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin (based on whichever is available) to the community page.

It should be in the about Tab

Let me define the steps:

• Find which websites have a widget (from fb, linkedin, twitter, github, etc)
• Post the links in here, once we finalize, then we move towards the design part

It is quite possible that widgets are not there for some of these.
