Short name field is not fille after I add a title to a field in Version 4.0.0

Issue description

After I updated to Version 4.0.0 I noticed the short name of a form field is not generated automatically after I input a title for that field.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install minimal plone 5.2.8 buildout and add easyform
2. Create a form
3. Choose the action 'define form fields'
4. Click the 'Add new field...' button
5. Input a title
6. Press tab or click somewhere else to unfocus the title field

What's the expected result?

• The short name fields is filled with an appropriate short name

What's the actual result?

• The short name field stays empty
