Virtual device timed out #629

Describe the bug
When i try to connect to virtual device attached to smart life app in tuya iot dashboad, timed out message returned.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Attach virtual device in tuya iot cloud project.
Try to connect

Description
I have try with tuya-cli, i have same result :

But real device work perfectly...
Have you an idea why ?

I have a reply from tuya tech support: he said me who remove "iot-03" from API uri. I have tried and it works but i don't know why ?
