Extension should indicate that you need to reauthenticate #55

This extension wasn't working on my GitHub account. It took a me a while to realize I needed to login again to Codecov.

For context, my org (github.com/segmentio) requires SSO to access our repositories and we need to reauthenticate every 24 hours.
