Intermittent GHA Failure

Hi there. I'm using this action in my repo: https://github.com/compintell/Tapir.jl

Unfortunately, I'm seeing occassional GHA failures, for example here.

In particular, I'm seeing messages of the form:

 error - 2024-08-09 13:01:10,291 -- Upload failed: {"message":"Token required because repository is private"}
Error: Codecov:
                        Failed to properly upload report: The process '/home/runner/work/_actions/codecov/codecov-action/v4/dist/codecov' failed with exit code 1

I'm quite confident that this repo is not private, and other elements of my matrix seem to run fine, so I'm somewhat confused as to what might be happening here.

Happy to provide any additional info if it would be helpful. Any assistance would be very much appreciated!

@willtebbutt yeah, this is strange because your repo isn't private. I'm wondering if this is just the wrong default error message we are sending, are you still seeing it?

@thomasrockhu-codecov thanks for your response. It looks like the problem has now disappeared, so I'll close this. If it re-emerges, I'll re-open this issue.

Hi @thomasrockhu-codecov , sorry for bringing this issue back again. I am trying to create a PR into a public repo (was private when we setup codecov, then we moved to public), and I ran into this issue again. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
