I didn't find a way to insert a link to another memo. Is that possible?

This is currently not possible. Do you have any suggestions on how this might look like from a UI perspective?

I love how it's done with the tags, that I can select with tab & enter. But I see two problems with this approach for memo links: 1. The letter that opens the suggestions list ( [ seems far to general) and 2. memos don't have a title, so it's hard to list them without the content.

Maybe, adding a title could be the first step ;-) Or just a dialog to select a memo to link. Next question: What to do when someone clicks the link? I like the TiddlyWiki-way. The linked memo just opens below the current memo.

While I think the linking would be a very useful feature, I don't have much time at the moment unfortunately to work on this.

Since I've been using Trello for a couple of years, my suggestion for the UI would be biased towards Trello's approach. I guess the first step should be adding a Title field for every note which makes it a bit easier to search for a note (or as Trello calls it, a card).
Then in note composing area, we should add a new button which opens a dialog box with full text search functionality among all notes. This is a screenshot taken from Trello which I searched for word "rasp" in all of my notes.
