epic(ui): Heureka Component Views

Implement a components view to display the following info as the list view:

• name
• type
• highest version --> BE: ordering should be implemented on version
• total counts of versions for each component
• BE: total counts of component instances --> componentInstances should be added to BE API of componentVersion, add total counts of instances per version - issue
• BE & UI: total counts of issues per component type

On the details page:

• which versions are there
• which intances are there for each component version
• how many issues are there for each version
• how many issues are there for each instance

Filtering:

• BE: add version as a filter property for componentVersion
