epic(ordering): Implement Ordering for IssueMatch and Service

This epic tracks the tasks regarding enabling ordering for Heureka entities, IssueMatch, and Service

Objectives

To enhance UX by enabling sorting by attributes such as Target Remediation Date, Severity, and Name.

Additional Notes

We also need to implement the identification of Severity (None) on the Service Detail view - Entries with Severity set to None should not be displayed as issues on the service detail view
