feat(OS_Scan): Feed 4.5 policy violation results into Heureka

Task Description
After 4.5 policy check logic has been implemented, send the violation result to Heureka.

There is currently no set data structure for the policy violation reporting so it may be possible to use current Heureka data schema for now. Outcome will be to show what information we have to the end users and they will tell us what they want to see.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Forward 4.5 policy violations to Heureka
