Add traceroute as a network testing tool.

@galexrt please consider tracepath / mtrace instead, you have some better options on these tools

In #60 PingParsing has been implemented which is a simple pinging tool.

This is a first step and let's see that we can get other more "trace" related tools implemented as well.
