Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If you have cider-auto-test-mode sometimes lots of tests are triggered by loading a file, but there is no visual cue that they are running.

Describe the solution you'd like

A simple spinner like we get when we evaluate something in the repl would probably be enough.
