Ability to navigate to the user's accounts from the main page

Currently there's no way to do that: you have to either URL-hack or open some build from the main page to see the breadcrumbs component, which includes the account switcher.

It would be nice if the account switcher would be available from the main page too (and perhaps other pages where breadcrumbs are not displayed), for example, by adding it to the header:

This would also make the breadcrumbs component itself look a bit more consistent:
