为什么你认为需要此功能

我没有必要把我的隐私交给tx，而且不定时弹出来真的很烦人（否则就不会有人做净化模块了2333）

联系到哪些已经存在的bug或者功能

功能简述
目前来说，去除打开软件后从底部弹出的“开启通讯录”的页面提示就足够了

制作思路 WIP 得等我复现出来 或者哪位大佬已经有同样问题的帮我补充/制作就好 谢谢辣
