Support DPI awareness on Windows OS

Hello,

I tried to enable DPI awareness in Gooey application using system calls, it works, but the program window looks undersized compared to the normal run.

I'm guessing, is it possible to enable it earlier and get correct window composition?

Used this code on Windows 10:
if sys.platform == "win32": ctypes.windll.shcore.SetProcessDpiAwareness(2)
