Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

If you want to determine if a single package is outdated, you cannot. The outdated command fetches the status for all packages. We should add the ability to specify a list of packages to check.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

Currently, you cannot get the outdated status for a single, or list of packages. Only all packages.
