support build in sandbox for different system from local's

Sometimes the system in development is newer than the production's and the version of libc may be incompatible.
If developer build a binary locally, the binary will run throwing 'GLIBC_xx not found'.

Describe the solution you'd like
Build a binary in required environment. Provide a docker image with required version.

Build a new image or build a binary in required container.
