No sounds for push notification on Android

All the push notification settings are enabled in my profile both on website and in Android app. Hovewer, when message comes, the phone remains silent. No sound, no vibration. I can only see the message when the phone is unlocked.

Should it work that way? Or there is a setting to enable sound/vibration on message reception?
