[Feature request] Combine sub gift messages #524

Is it possible to combine sub gift infos in chat?

For example, X sub gifts result in X+1 messages in Chat.
1 for each gifted user + 1 general "user gifted X subs to the channel" message.

It would be nice to have an option to combine the messages to one and be able to apply highlighting on that one, combined message.
