Add c-editable component

[TylerAPfledderer]

Multi-component used for inline renaming of some text.
It appears as normal UI text but transforms into a text input field when the user clicks or focuses on it.

Depends on multiple Chakra hooks and components, some currently not present in the Vue package. Consider later build.
