Feature Request: Progress Bar for Standalone Evaluator

The Evaluator extension can be run by itself, but there does not appear to be a straightforward way to attach the Progress Bar extension directly to it, since that extension relies on the presence of the Trainer and Updater.

Request: make it possible to add a progress bar to standalone Evaluator runs.
