https://manual.cgeo.org/en/mainmenu/livemap#top_bar_menu seems missing these menu entries

(now also for Google Maps themes)

Google Maps supports "Select map theme" for selecting one of four built-in themes (besides the default theme). No "Theme Options" or otherwise user-configurable parts, though, and no "Theme Legend" yet.
