[Resolved] What do we want to be able to present at cdCon?

This question was brought up at the last Vocabulary Workgroup meeting, and warrants wider discussion.

cdCon starts June 23rd, two months from now. What progress do we want to be able to present from this SIG?

In the Vocabulary meeting 2021-05-18 we discussed the PoC in more details, the current best thinking is:

1. A Go library to send CD events.
2. A Tekton "hack" to use the library to send events.
3. A Keptn "hack" to listen to events.
4. (Optional/Stretch) Some form of monitoring that can display events that are sent.
5. (Only if we have time) A Gerrit "hack" to publish CD events.

I will resolve this discussion based on this input.
