You can overwrite it by using the default tmux syntax in https://github.com/catppuccin/tmux?tab=readme-ov-file#override-the-specific-module-text |

$thm_fgwich is set in./catppuccin-<theme>.tmuxthemechosen by@catppuccin_flavour.
