I am surprised the OWLAPI even parses this. This may be the reason MICRO is empty on OntoBee

Copying this over from INCATools/ontology-development-kit#231... The following also have incorrect xsd:decimal datatypes for their labels:

  • 'has sodium chloride percentage of' (MICRO:00001211)
  • 'has pH value' (MICRO:0001603)

The following have incorrect xml:lang values on 'definition source' (IAO:0000119), which look like they were meant to be separate annotations:

  • 'R2A agar' (MICRO:0000543)
  • 'R2A medium' (MICRO:0000541)
  • 'anaerobe basal agar' (MICRO:0001571)
  • 'DSMZ Medium 77' (MICRO:0001781)
