get "not allowed path"

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to exclude some folders/files in order to avoid this message "not allowed path"?
I want to scan my external hard drive in its entirety without only two folders.

I can add each folder in script (I have 10 folders) from my external drive but it will be more easy to scan its entirely with only some exclusions.
