Add Agent Claiming

Please add an option for agent claiming. Using Pushbullet I get the the URL: "https://registry.my-netdata.io/goto-host-from-alarm.html[...]", but then I get the Error "Sorry... your account is not linked to a netdata server named: [hostname]". I tried using the Netdata Documentation, but couldnt find a way that works...

Using "netdata-claim.sh" - Couldnt find it
Using Docker Enviroment Variables - Doesnt work - I used Portainer to edit the Container
Using the Netdata Override Volume - Dont know how
Using titpetric Streaming - no option for rooms and doesnt work
