The ML Kit Digital Ink Recognition API is not yet supported.

Quite interested in seeing this happen, since I'm prototyping an idea that'll require it. Happy to test when it comes in, looks like the pull request had a lot done on it, what's missing @robingenz?

The implementation is missing. This is just the boilerplate code.
