Requirements

Expose a status page for Etcha to show last exit status of sources
Etcha can control other Etcha instances
Patterns can generate their own metrics via events?
Patterns can generate their own status updates via events?
Persist status updates?

Flow

Pre-receive hook for git triggers an Etcha webhook
Etcha webhook delegates a workflow to another Etcha instance
Main etcha instance reports status
Auth would be handled by something else, the status page is view only?
