Insight Switches - Add option to display Watts and kWh

• Please explain your feature request in a one or two sentences.
  Since 5.0.5 the log data only shows today's on-time cumulative power consumption (and total consumption) in kWh. Previously, the log would dynamically update consumption and display it in Watts.

with 6.1.2: [Wemo] [Device] today ontime [03:26:59] consumption [1.111 kWh] total consumption [285.685 kWh].
with 5.0.5: [Wemo] [Device] current consumption [352W]

• Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• There is also an issue related to the settings. The plug-in does not honor choices for limit logging by wattage or time for the Insights. It updates a log entry every 60 seconds no matter what settings are chosen.

• Any particular Wemo devices that this relates to?

• Insight Switches.

• These are cheap enough on eBay that I'd buy you one to test with if you don't have one.

lol I know, right! Wemos are so passé at his point but I have too many to give up (thanks to your plug-in).

If changing the logging to display watts and kWh is too consuming for you, are you able to take a look at the other issue of settings not being applied? My logs are filled with Insight data since it's being written to the log every minute no matter what setting is entered for time. Multiply that by a few Insight switches and I can't easily troubleshoot or see info for non-wemo devices since there's so much Insight data to weed through. Thanks! @bwp91 Hey Ben, any further development on this PI gonna happen? Thinking of moving on to different hardware unless you might be able to take a look at this issue. 🙏🏻 grateful for the time you spend on these.
