Frequency Track Start, enabled by setting:

PD025: 1 - start mode: frequency track

causes Accel Ramp Time 1 (PD014) to be ignored when the motor is starting from a standstill.
Acceleration is about 2 seconds, which seems far too aggressive and may damage or excessively wear the spindle.

If the spindle is still spinning when run-start is commanded, Accel Ramp Time 1 is respected.

Presumably, one of the related parameters is not configured correctly.
In the mean time, frequency track start is disabled.
