Tip: Add TAP in Echo, Delay and Digital Delay.

Hi, Hydrogen implements the BPM value setting by 2 MIDI CC (TAP) keystrokes. I think it might be nice if Guitarix implemented it also for the BPM of the Echo, Delay and Digital Delay effects, this way the BPM of Hydrogen (or other Drum Program) and Guitarix could be synchronized with a single pedal.

For example if the delay between 2 keystrokes (MIDI CC messages) is 600 ms then BPM = 100.
