Extracting HMM Features for chromosomal arm level

Hi,

Thank you for infercnv, which is truly wonderful tool for cnv study via scRNA-seq.
I wonder if there is a way to call CNV for a targeted genomic region only, e.g., chr1, chr1q, and even smaller segments like chr1q22.1.
