Include Support for HG06463A and HG06106A Lightbulbs #2016

I've been utilizing PowerCalc with Home Assistant and find it incredibly valuable for estimating power consumption. I recently integrated two lightbulbs into my system, namely the HG06463A and HG06106A models. Currently, these lightbulbs are not supported by PowerCalc, and I'd like to request the inclusion of compatibility for them in future releases. If there's any specific information needed from my side to facilitate this request, please let me know.
