Decide on Format for Materials

We want to provide:

• Background reading (could be basically links to the Methods Guides plus pointers to chapters in our favorite textbooks)
• Slides (?should we assume beamer pdf is best https://github.com/eddelbuettel/binb? ?or html https://bookdown.org/yihui/rmarkdown/presentations.html https://bookdown.org/yihui/rmarkdown/xaringan.html?)
• Exercises (?pdf for printing? or html for pulling up on laptops/tablets/phones/eyeglasses?)
• Links to the Research Design Template
• Links to registration

We could use bookdown. Or merely a README.md file in Github with links to slides, etc..? Just recording thoughts here while I have them.

Add links to setting up R, working with R, example templates on descripties, hypothesis testing, estimation, etc
