[FEATURE] Have app open then new terminal in a tab instead of new window

Problem?

Even when Windows Terminal is already open, your app always opens a new terminal window instead of as a tab in WT. This defeats the niceness and purpose of tabs, which is one big reason people use WT.

Solution

Please have you app open as a new tab in WT instead of new window. :)
