How to customize the markdown style？

I want to edit the style by myself, or use GitHub markdown CSS,how i should do it?

Can you elaborate?
Do you mean you want to style the rendering of the markdown, or the rendering of the syntax highlighting?
There is a page in the wiki that explains how you can style your notes:

Please note that Evernote (the service, not the plugin) does not support CSS, and therefore the plugin needs to handle styling directly.
