Maintenance?

This crate seems to be unmaintained. Would you like to give away maintainership? I would love to at least passively maintain this, especially after bringing it up to date with the currrent mdbook version!

Hey there, I just wanted to say that I find this preprocessor very useful! I'm using it with great joy in a Rust training course. Here is an example of a diagram made with mdbook-svgbob: https://google.github.io/comprehensive-rust/std/box-recursive.html.
