When migrating to JupiterX from the old jupiter version (like 6.x, 5.x etc), All the data added to Custom post types (Employees, Testimonials, News, FAQs) is no more accessible. This Plugin is an effort to bring back all the data of these Post types.

Yes, you will get all your data back related to these post types. All the custom fields registered are using same IDs / name.

The Frontend for these post types will be same as Jupiter 6 ?

No, There is partial working done for the front end, So, the following will work:

• single post type
  • Employees
• archive pages for these post types
  • Employees
• shortcodes for these post types.
  • For employees [mk_employees]
  • For News [mk_news]

Can i control which Post types to register

Yes, Please go to WordPress Admin > Settings > JupiterX Classic

I get 404 errors, what is wrong?

Pleas go to WordPress Admin > Settings > Permalinks and re-save these by clicking "Save Changes" button.

Installation

Install via WordPress Admin

1. Click on "Clone or Download" green button.
2. Select "Download ZIP" to download the plugin .zip file
3. Log in to your WordPress Site dashboard.
4. Go to “Plugins -> Add New”
5. Click on "Upload Plugin", choose the .zip file downloaded.
6. Click to “Install Now” button.
7. Activate the plugin by clicking “Activate”.

Upload via FTP

1. Click on "Clone or Download" green button.
2. Select "Download ZIP" to download the plugin .zip file
3. If downloaded as a zip archive, extract the Plugin folder to your desktop.
4. With your FTP program, upload the Plugin folder to the wp-content/plugins folder in your WordPress directory online.
5. Go to Plugins screen and find the newly uploaded Plugin in the list.
6. Click Activate to activate it.
