Feature request: support Routescan-based explorers

Routescan is a block explorer platform.

It currently hosts many Single and Ecosystem Explorers, of which fully supported are:

• https://snowtrace.io/ - for Avalanche C-Chain and EVM subnets on mainnet and testnet
• https://flarescan.com/ - for Mainnet (Flare and Songbird) and testnet (Coston and Coston2)
• https://chiliscan.com/ - for Chiliz Mainnet and testnet
• https://explorer.metis.com/ - for Metis Andromeda mainnet and testnet
• https://bobascan.com/ - for Boba BNB and Boba Ethereum on mainnet and testnet

Routescan offers two types of APIs:

• Etherscan compatible: https://routescan.io/documentation/etherscan-compatibility/accounts
• REST: https://routescan.io/documentation/api-swagger

We'd like to request integration for Routescan and, specifically, for the explorers mentioned above.

Got it, we have also noticed the recent big changes with snowtrace[.]io. We will discuss and evaluate this requirement internally and get back to you afterwards.
