Get position / line of inline query

I have different needs to consider the current position (i.e. the position of the inline dataviewjs query or block).

A simples example use case is to display the number of open tasks of a section behind the headings. The code of this inline query should be generic to work in any heading line.

BTW: Metabind plugin added the same feature for buttons recently.
