Describe the bug

userContent.page.proton_color.dark_blue_accent and userContent.page.proton_color.system_accent seems to be broken recently, only a few UI items are properly coloured. Radio buttons, checkboxes, "links", outlines, text input outlines, etc are still using the default cyan accent colour.

Expected behavior

Every UI items should have the proper accent colour with the settings applied.
