目前所有操作都是流，但是实际上，如果元素只有一个，使用ZIO操作更方便，不过这将需要修改解码器和akkahttp响应：

1. ApiJsonCodec.scala 和 所有 repository service api
2. 所有相关代码和单测同步修改 工作量略大
