As exemplified on the website https://milksad.info/ and the CVE https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-39910

Libbitcoin Explorer (bx) in its current version 3 can't be used to generate seed and addresses as the random number generator has a low entropy seed.

Chapter 4 and appendix about this tool need review.

Security Warning: @bitcoinbook uses command bx seed that created a low entropy seeds which are easily hackable. People lost money because of it. Some people called bx seed deliberate backdoor, which I understand why that would think that. @aantonop
