The vcflib tool vcfvarstats needs fastahack which is contained in contrib/fastahack but not correctly linked in the conda version of vcflib.
How to reproduce:
conda create -n mwe_vcflib vcflib conda activate mwe_vcflib vcfvarstats --help
Error: open2: exec of fastahack -c --help failed: No such file or directory at /tmp/miniconda3/envs/mwe_vcflib/bin/vcfvarstats line 15.
