这是正常现象，不慌，你试着在不同的时机按ctrl➕C都有不同的返回。
之所以报错HTTP Error 403: Forbidden，是因为你在退出程序时恰好当前线程测试的url返回403，嗯就是这样。

ctrl➕C 退出不了 基本上要按ctrl➕C 十多秒 才能退出

嗯确实存在这个现象，所以你现在的诉求不是解决报错，而是如何能够中断ofx的运行对吧
我先给你一个办法，ctrl➕Z，然后kill -9 即可，
另外，你说的这个ctrl➕C无法中断问题由来已久了，我之前一直没处理，这周我抽时间解决下
