Using moveLeft() or moveRight() only moves one item at a time.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

I want to be able to continue the scrolling beyond just one item based on how long I hold the button. I.e. the scrolling continues as long as the button is held (mousedown) and only stops when button is released (mouseup).
